Food tasting at Primavera with Chef Oliver Glowig

Last Saturday was just a little a lot more special than your average lazy day. I was … seated in The Ritz-Carlton‘s “Tattoria Moderna” Primavera (my favourite Italian eatery on the island) … served by 2 Michelin starred Chef, Oliver Glowig and … waited upon by Primavera’s wonderfully attentive team. IMG_3442

Guests were greeted with warm smiles and Aperol Spritz, a traditional and very popular Italian wine-based aperitivo.

Low in alcohol with a slightly bitter twist – our Aperol Spritz was delicious and refreshing

Drink and learn. My Aperol Spritz came complete with the recipe

Featuring the highest quality ingredients, Chef Oliver’s dishes were based on a reinterpretation of Italian traditions. Most of them will be added to Primavera’s menu in the near future.
